Provincetown, Part 3

Continuing our walk down Commercial Street, at this point it was really starting to get packed with visitors.

Hard to tell without something to show scale but these were tiny.

Another pic of Shop Therapy.

This adorable doggy was standing on the counter of an antique shop.  I didn't even know he was real till his owner started giving him bits of potato salad!

Really can't get enough of this place.....at least this time I didn't reshoot all the stuff on the side of the building.

Puzzle Me This.

The Governor Bradford Hotel

If stuff like this offends you, then PTown is not the place to go.

By this point we were exhausted, sweaty and tired.  We got ice cream before heading out.  I would've stopped in this store to get snacks for Sagan but it was way too crowded.

Passed this adorable beach-themed fairy garden on the way back to the car.

Love this old hearse advertising the ghost tours!

  1. I'm really enjoying this tour. I want to go into Shop Therapy so bad! It really is crowded there, I must say. Ghost Tour? Lots of ghosts there?

    1. Oddly I haven't heard of any haunted places up there but it wouldn't surprise me.

    1. It's definitely worth seeing! Things shut down in the winter but fall is a really nice time to go too.

  4. Love that ghost tours car with the skeleton dog and pirates - I'd probably want to go to that. Thanks for tromping about so we could see the sights. I don't get offended by much. . .except certain political opinions. Fave shot = fairy garden and secondly, the hearse and its occupants.

    1. PTown isn't for everyone but fortunately most know that when they visit the Cape so either embrace it or avoid it. I've never been up there at night though, but I hear it's nice at Christmas. The drive back down would be very long, dark and that stretch of highway is dangerous.

    2. I imagine that hearse is a successful draw. It makes me want to take a ghost tour. Then again, I'd rather camp out at Happy Camper.

Keep enjoying all those East Coast gems, JoJo.

    1. I wish I had gone in the bakery but by that point we were soaked with sweat, a bit dehydrated and suffering from heat exhaustion.

    1. Nothing really....you just stopped interacting w/ me on FB and I did a cull of people who didn't talk to me anymore. It wasn't anything personal at all. :)

  11. I also meant to say I'm sorry you've been ill. And btw, I completely relate to your not wanting to dig through your stash to find the colors of floss you need. I don't embroider, but I'm the same way when it comes to digging through my sewing, painting, or other craft supplies. Easier to go to the store. :-)
