Moon Doodles

We had a gawjuss full moon right after Christmas!  It was sooo cold out too.  This was right before we had that little snowstorm.

It's hard to get a decent full moon picture without it looking like a spotlight.  So I thought I'd have a little fun with an open shutter.  I drew a star.

Then I tried to write 'Jo', and I was surprised to see that it looks like I was writing it backwards, and I know I wasn't.

How weird!

Fun with squiggles.

JoJo, did you take a photography course? I was wondering if you had any recommendations for a DSLR newb like moi.... your photos are so wonderful.

  6. Totally cool! I had no idea it would be backwards, either. Now I'm going to have to ask The Engineer why...

  11. Creative use of the subject, JoJo. You probably needed a tripod.
