What a Show!!!

Ma Nature gave us a couple of great sunset shows recently.  I loved seeing everyone's photos on Facebook. From Cohasset all the way down here, people were shooting and posting beautiful pictures.

These first three are from August 7, and taken from my house.

The next night, I totally forgot to check the skies.  It was about 8 pm and I was in my jammies and settled for the night.  My friend Lisa posted on my Facebook Timeline asking if I had any good sunset pics to share yet.  I ran outside with my camera, was blown away again and ran back inside to grab my car keys.  I sped off, in my jammies, without even locking the front door (hey if someone's foolish enough to mess with a German shepherd, then go for it).  I was able to get down to the beach at Buttermilk Bay in time to capture these, moments before it faded away.

These photos have not been altered in any way.  This is exactly what it looked like.
