Unfortunately, I'm not a cat person as every cat on the street seems to use my mother's garden as their personal toilet. If a dog did that the owner would be fined, but here, cat owners seem to just open the door and kitty goes off to shit where it please; which is usually on my mum's garden/front lawn :0(
The only answer is to get a cat of your own, Diane! Cats have a licence to roam free, whereas dogs should only go out on leads, so there's no way to control where they relieve themselves. Same with the foxes round here.
On the plus side, my oldest cats come indoors to use litter trays!
With the amount of coyotes around here on the Cape, people who let their cats roam about usually are faced with their beloved pet not coming home. I saw a huge coyote in my mom's back yard the other night and I was scared to take Pepper out on a leash!
I just LOVE kitties. Anything with fur, really. This is adorable. :-D
ReplyDeleteVery cute!

ReplyDeleteWhat a kind creature... I never even bother to clean mine before using it! ha!
ReplyDeleteThat is quite hilarious.
Whoever gave cats a 'licence to roam' should have to stand on their heads in a bucket of fresh cat shit - my mother can supply one ;0)
ReplyDeleteNever have - and still don't - want a cat....a LION, yes, but never a cat....
