Unfortunately the lower blooms on the mountain laurel rarely get full-on sun, even in the afternoon, so these pics of the busy bee aren't as light as I would have liked.

I see now that you were lost in the garden. Good for you!
They are gorgeous. The Dogwood is spectacular. The Dogwoods in FL got some weird virus about 10 or so years ago that killed off a lot of them. The ones that are left do NOT look as beautiful and healthy as yours. I miss that.

Jojo, the Mountain laurel is just stunning!!!!!! I have never found a good one for a photo here, just not those pretty colors. I'd probably have to go "further up" to find those vivid ones...hey, working on it! :D
