Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter, was killed when he got too close to a stingray while diving in Aussie, filming a segment for a TV show. OK class, let's see a show of hands! Who here DIDN'T see this coming?

    It's sad for his family but they can't really be surprised. I wonder if he was insured - or even insurable?
