Seen in Boston, on Morrissey Boulevard, the day before Thanksgiving when we had a ton of wind and rain. This was the same storm my squeeze drove home in that night. It's nice to see that the DOT decided to give drivers a chuckle that morning. ("wicked" as pronounced in 'witch of the west', not pronounced like 'it wicked up the water').
