Happy North American Holiday Weekend!

Canada Day July 1st!!!

America's Independence Day!!!!

Life seems to be getting back on track after the major derailment (see what I did there?) earlier in June.  Fingers crossed that things will improve from here.  Have a great holiday weekend!

    1. Thanks Amy! Yes, things are slowly getting back to normal but it will take a long, long time to dig out of this hole.

    1. I've only ever had poutine at a local Red Robin. It was good but I know the real stuff is the best. If I could find cheese curds I'd make some.

    1. Thanks Jo! I think it'll be a quiet day tomorrow. Except for the fireworks! Not sure if I'll head down to the parade.

    1. Thanks! It was quiet at home, relatively speaking. The fireworks, on the other hand, were quite loud. Funny though, it was way louder and worse on the night of the 3rd than last night.

    1. That must've been fun! My Canadian friends have dubbed me an Honourary Canadian cause I love it so much. I mostly spent time in Victoria BC/Vancouver Island. but I was never up there for Canada day.
