Dinosaurs with Jobs

I got this colouring book last summer and the designs were basic enough that I was able to do up to four pages in a very short amount of time.  The colouring books are starting to pile up in the back room and I need to make a serious dent in them.

It's a cute book.  Good for kids or adults.  The design is on one side with blank behind it so it was perfect for markers.  I always slip a piece of paper under the page to protect the next one just to be on the safe side.

My grey markers pretty much ran out after this book; I was using Crayola.  Good thing I got more!

Of course my choice of colours for each beast was purely conjecture on my part.

I would recommend this book for it's whimsy and ease of colouring.  While I do enjoy the very detailed books, every now and then it's nice to have large swaths in which to fill in.

Seeing this brings back so many memories from childhood. I bet coloring is so soothing and relaxing. And I think it's something I'm going to recommend to Devin when he's feeling stressed. You did a great job. Much better than I could do! :)

    1. Thanks Elsie! It's funny that colouring is such a huge fad now when I've been doing it for going on 16 or 17 years now, and telling people how relaxing it is. My Facebook was lit up on Christmas day w/ my friends posting pics of the colouring books they got.

    1. Thanks Robyn! Oh the tattoo was already on that dino, I just coloured it. My friend Michelle....OMG her colouring is incredible. She's a fantastic artist. She has more talent in her pinky than I do in my whole body. lol

  4. Hi JoJo,

That's neat and makes me want to get a colouring book, especially one with dinosaurs. I would like to colour in a Thesaurus. It's my favourite dinosaur! :)

Yep, stay within the line, JoJo!

    1. HAHAHA Thesaurus. I love it! You know, maybe you should get a colouring book. It might help you with your anxiety and stuff. It helps with mine.

  5. Isn't it cool how we can return to childhood pleasures with society's ok? 😄

    1. I never needed society's OK to do that. lol I've been colouring for about 15-16 years now. When I started my friends just laughed and said it was for kids. Now it's all the rage.
