Highfield Hall

Of course I didn't just take pics of the fairy houses!

There are so many unique art installations at this place.

That is a seriously gorgeous amethyst geode.

Killer hunk of rose quartz

Some yarn bombs left from last year

ADORABLE!

One of these days I'll venture further down the path into Beebe Woods.

This gate has hundreds of jingle shells on it.  It makes a pretty sound.

Assuming that's Mrs. Beebe.

And Mr. Beebe

 Labyrinth

This is my fave, the shard house.  I can't believe it survived the winter.

Sunken garden.

 So cute!

By this point I had to get back home to clean before the annual insurance inspection so I only took one picture of the paper cut exhibit.  It was there last year too.

And you just made my day with the word "jingle shells."

    1. So many hidden gems on Cape Cod!!!! And that's what those shells are called, jingle shells. They make a great sound. One of my friends makes beautiful jewelry with them.

  2. They have wonderful amethyst, and other geodes, at a local store here. I want to take some pix one day if they will let me. Who are Mr. & Mrs. Beebe? Great pix as usual.

Why do you have to have an annual insurance inspection?

    1. The Beebes owned Highfield Hall and the woods around it.

As to the inspection, not sure...maybe it's a law in Massachusetts for rental properties. My landlord emails me each year to let me know and then the ins. person calls to set it up with me. They take a few pics and ask some questions. It takes like 10 minutes.

  3. What a lovely place to visit and great photos. Sorry about the spam email and thanks for letting me know. I changed my password so hopefully it's sorted. I did reply to your email but mine wouldn't send it. Who knows how these things work.

  4. Love every single place and thing in the photos. I'd like to have everything in my yard except the hydrangea but only because I have one exactly like it.
