These were taken in mid-February, after our snowstorms. I loved how the postal trucks looked all lined up in the parking lot. Wonder why they weren't out delivering? It was 10:00 a.m. on a weekday!
Marshes & Boardwalk
Town Neck Beach, swept clean of rocks after all the fall and winter storms.
Entrance to Old Harbor
The beach also suffered terrible erosion from the storms.
There was a lot of 'caution' tape on this staircase down to the beach but I climbed over it anyway.
Looking down Boardwalk
Silly doggy watching me take pictures.
Brrrrr
I'm sorry, but these look Springlike to me -- after we got yet another dump of snow last night. I dug out my car that had at least six inches piled on top! I wish it looked as nice as out there!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos JoJo. The beaches there look simply beautiful. :)
ReplyDeleteI love how you climbed over the caution tape! I'm sure it wasn't for you, anyway :) haha
ReplyDeleteI think we're all ready for Spring; whether Mother Nature is quite ready to deliver it yet is another matter ;0)
ReplyDeleteWow, great photographs. Difficult to pick a favorite, though.

I get cold just watching, aggghhh!
ReplyDeletechilly but pretty - guess you are used to that kind of weather JoJo
ReplyDeleteI love the dog watching you take pictures! The beach is so pretty even with the erosion.
ReplyDeleteStill the sun light is very Spring like in the pictures! Don't worry, the warm days will come soon, Jojo!
ReplyDeleteHave a fab day!
Anna
I hope the warmer days are coming; I've about had it with this winter. And we have another storm bearing down on us now too.
ReplyDeleteI would LOVE to live near a beach! Beaches are so relaxing to look at!
