Paisley Colouring Book 2010

I started working on a paisley design colouring book earlier this year.  I used Prismacolour pencils throughout the book.  This was one of my fave books and I'm bummed that I finished!  It was only 30 pages and I did one or two, per week.

I used adhesive crystals on this one.

  1. Beautiful, JoJo. I think the first one is my favorite, though it's really hard to pick.

So pretty. You must find it therapeutic to colour. A stress reliever of sorts. So rewarding to see the finished results I'm sure.
I love the second from the top.

  4. The patience you have, not to mention the eye for colour. I particularly like the third one.

Just beautiful, JoJo! Not too long ago I bought myself a coloring book and a box of crayons because it was a relaxing activity. OK, I really wanted to get high off the smell of a new box of 64 Crayola crayons, there I said it.

Beautiful! What a meditative and rewarding craft. Do you frame them or put them in a scrapbook? They are pretty enough to show off.

  12. Thanks to all of you for your kind comments!

No, I don't display them once they are coloured. I just have a stack of finished books on a bookshelf. I think I have almost 20 finished books (since 2001).
