Provincetown, Part 2

We stopped to get a slice at Spiritus Pizza. I haven't been here since the early 80s.

Pizza is still quite good but the slices used to be twice this size.

We sat in the shady courtyard behind the restaurant

Val's pizza grease formed into a rather apropos design, considering what town we were in!  hahaha

Like I said, tons of cool stuff to buy, but a tad out of my price range.

I wouldn't even allow myself to go in here.

Dead low tide

Wonder where she finds bras?

Cute idea!

Very old building from the 1800s

Great people watching too.

  1. What a getup!! Interesting pix JoJo. See you found an arch to take pix of again. I also wondered what the birds do for water?

    1. You mean in the birdbath? I don't know! Maybe they keep it filled with the ball in the center.

    1. I didn't even allow myself to set foot in the store with the marbles in the window. I wanted to but I would have spent WAY more than I should so I walked away.

  3. We stayed in Chatham (from the UK) a few years ago and paid a visit to Provincetown without knowing anything about it. We had quite a shock but really liked it there! We walked into a candle shop and realised that every candle was a dildo - good job we are broadminded...

    1. PTown can be a shock for the uninitiated. lol It's always been that way...since the 60s. That side of Cape Cod has always attracted the artists and colourful people. If there was work, I'd love to live near PTown.

    1. It was a lovely haven to escape the heat and humidity on Commercial Street. All those people.

  7. You've made me fall in love with Provincetown. And I laughed at the question about bras. Maybe two XXXL condoms?

    Take care, JoJo.
