Old Silver Lounge & Uncle Bill's Country Store

Our next stop was the North Falmouth Cheese Shop, which has this red horse on the chimney.  Unfortunately they didn't have any Sao Jorge cheese but we did pick up blueberry preserves and a delicious cheesy bread.

Then Russell took me back to the Old Silver Lounge cause when we passed by, I spied multiple photo ops!  I'm a sucker for buoys on weathered grey shingles.

I think this is part of the diningroom.

I looked up where Ellenburgh and Chateaugay are and they are in way upstate New York.  Cataumet is a village in Falmouth.

Right next door is Uncle Bill's Country Store and it is AWESOME.

There's so much to see inside!

There's an upstairs which is crammed full of neat things.

These are exquisite!

  1. I need to roam with you folks. I'm boring and get stuck at Kohl's or Target. Sad, very sad. (love that glass!)

I just love where you live! So many quaint places to visit. I can't help but wonder how difficult it must be to dust that place though, but that's only because I dread dusting my own house. 😂

    1. I can't keep up w/ the dust at my house either cause I have so many knick knacks. I do a cursory swipe w/ a swiffer duster but that's it.

  10. I have got to move to your area or at least come visit! I just love everything about your day trips. Your photos are amazing too! - I've been watching a lot of shows based in Seattle and I think I may have to move there too. :)

    1. God I miss living in WA but I know I'm remembering thru rose coloured glasses. The scenery is the best, great weather, lots of places to buy beads & glass. But OMG the traffic. It's a clusterfrack from Everett to Olympia 24/7. It's why I never went anywhere in the 12 years I lived there. Just not willing to slog my way through Seattle cause of road construx and traffic.

      COME VISIT HERE!
