Taylor's Point

When you get a sunny, dry day in summer around here, you take full advantage of it.  I admit that I cheated a bit and drove to the park in town rather than walking from my house to get to the Taylor's Point neighbourhood near Mass Maritime.  I am sure I've posted these pics before but it really never gets old.

This is in front of the track tracks in the park.

Taylor's Point Marina is the first thing you see on the right, after crossing the railroad tracks.

I could watch water reflections on boat hulls for hours.

This is my friend Lisa's yard.  She did the pallet!

I love those pink shutters with the white ships.  Every time I see this place I think 'how 1950s'.

It's so realistic looking I did a double take.

I love this house.

The Beachmoor appears to be some kind of private restaurant which belongs to MMA, but people can get married here too.

Seriously love this house.  I would live in this in a heartbeat.

  3. Having spent a lot of time living on a boat, it is nice to see pictures of harbours. That house you like so much looks like a converted windmill or something.

    1. Yes that was my guess as well, on the windmill house. I love boats but I'm not sure I could live on one. Too cramped I think....unless it was a yacht.

  4. Hey JoJo,

It's always a delight to see your photos and your added info. I'm a harbour, um harbor, type of guy.

Once again, I mention how much some of the scenery reminds me of Devon and Cornwall.

    Thanks, JoJo.

  5. I'm stuck on the first reflection on a boat photo. Very cool. It took me a while to see what it was. And that dog would freak me out, if I saw it at night.

    Have a fabulous weekend, JoJo.
