Where you borrow a book to read in the park and return it to the stand when you are done. At least that's what I assume. There are lots of benches and picnic tables on which to sit and enjoy the Canal and trains.
With the amount of seagulls, and the occasional goose, and all the resulting poop, you reeeeeeally don't want to be sitting on the grass! lol I don't even like walking across it. hahaha
