A very happy birthday to my cousin Sharon!!! There she is in about 1967 with her kid sister Diane at my parents' house. By the way, my mom's house still has that same knotty pine wainscoat and the same kitchen table and chairs you see in the background (my mom always said she wanted to have a home filled with antiques.....I told her, "look around, everything you own are antiques now").
I've posted this before; it is my favourite picture of the three of us, from approximately 1968 or early 1969, taken at my aunt & uncle's house (their grandparents). In 2007, Sharon & her fiance bought this house from her grandfather. It's a short walk down the road from my mom's house.
And us on Christmas Day, 1988. This would be our last Christmas together, because I moved to San Francisco the following year.
We gotta get us some of these!

Hi Everyone!!! Thank you sooooo, so much for all your birthday wishes!!! Man, you guys are great!! It's soooooo nice and completely comforting to know that there really are so many 'NICE' people out there. We've (my family, including my Sister and Jo) have had so many things to deal with over the last few years. Unfortunately it really takes your faith out of people and I hate that. You all have made me feel better about the upcoming year and help the positive attitude stay in the forefront. Secondly, thank you sooo much for your support with the Packers....OMG...I hope they can do it this weekend...what a great season it turned out to be, which even surprised their Hall of Fame QB Brett Favre. You guys are the best and thank you again, Jo, for thinking of me. LOVE YOU!!!
